Mock meet went way better than I expected!! Here is a rundown of my lifts compared to my meet last April:
- Squat: 167.5kg/368.5lb (17.5kg/38.5lb PR)
- Bench: 97.5kg/214.5lb (7.5kg/16.5lb PR)
- Deadlift: 202.5kg/445.5lb (2.5kg/5.5lb PR)
- Total: 467.5kg/1,028.5lb (27.5kg/60.5lb PR)
Most hyped up about squats since I worked that the hardest these past months. In all honesty, I could have cleaned up that pause on bench but it was hard without anyone giving me commands. Deads surprised me, although it was a @9.5 RPE, I definitely had some more left in the tank. I’ve had some physical and personal life setbacks since my last meet, but super happy with how today turned out. Time to up it a notch for British Unis in March.
