As humans, we are not only magnetically drawn to nature, we are part of nature.
Being in the great outdoors has so many great benefits, physically and mentally - reducing anxiety, improving mental performance and increasing energy levels.
Too often our lives get too busy, and our innate pull to nature takes a back seat. I urge you to listen to it, take some time out and get amongst the great outdoors
Go for a bush walk, have a stretch in your garden, play some backyard cricket, even just sitting outside and concentrating on your breathe can do wonders for you!
