Couldn’t get onto the mat for my yoga and pranayama this morning cause I was getting late for my class at the gym and had a hectic morning.
I can either keep procrastinating about it and keep feeling bad that I couldn’t get it in. Or I can remind myself how good yoga and pranayama makes me feel. How it creates magic in my body, how it heals my body, how it makes my face glow, how it keeps me clam, how it helps me to make better decisions, how it helps me to make better choices, how it helps me to combat stressful situations etc etc.
There are certain non negotiables in my life. Yoga and deep breathing is just one of them.
Getting it in now and getting it done. No excuses even though I am tired as hell cause I had an intense workout this morning and got a lot of work done after. Excuses don’t help in changing your situation, excuses don’t help you grow, excuses don’t help you evolve, excuses don’t help you reach your desired goals, excuses don’t help you find your inner happiness. Go beyond all those excuses.
