I need to be honest with you, I used to struggle a lot more before.
I recently discovered how incorporating self love practices, gratitude writing & manifesting what I would like for myself in to my daily rituals, what a difference it makes.
It’s pretty much a non-negotiable now.
I make the time because I see how happy I feel afterwards once I sit down and allow the time to just connect
I doubt myself, I feel anxious, I feel not good enough, I feel sad, I feel hopeless and I sometimes just don’t feel accepted.
Society likes to advertise images that show no flaws or problems, whilst it can be motivating & encouraging at times it can also not be 100% reality either, and this is not always okay!
We don’t have to be this picture-perfect person Everyone has struggles and moments that we are dealing with, we shouldn’t have to hide them and feel ashamed.
I feel like my struggles don’t matter because others have it worse than I do and whilst this is true, it shouldn’t mean my struggles don’t matter at all and I can’t feel what I need to and can’t share it. #YouMatter
Do whatever you need to do right now for you! It is also completely okay to say “no” occasionally, if it means giving yourself some self love & filling your own cup up.
Give yourself the permission to feel whatever you need to feel. #KeepingItReal
