Overnight oats are a fantastic breakfast to make in the evening, leave in the fridge overnight and wake up to in the morning. And with such a wide variety of different ingredients and recipes available, it won’t ever be repetitive.
- Get your oats into a nice sealable jar
- Add your milk or yoghurt of choice (mine is almond milk)
- Add any sweeteners or toppings you desire such as honey, bananas, blueberries etc.
- For extra protein, add a scoop of whey protein into the mixture.
Finally seal it, leave overnight, and wake up to an amazing, delicious and healthy breakfast.
PS: throw some strawberries on top in the morning to add extra freshness .
