It's that time again.๐Ÿ”†
ICED BUTTER COFFEE!

Below is my current recipe for this deliciously creamy, energy boosting, brain fuel - without all the junk.

12-16 ounces hot coffee*
1 tbsp grassfed butter or ghee
3 tbsp coconut cream**
1/2 scoop @equip.foods Prime chocolate protein powder
1 pinch of sea salt
โ€ข
Combine all ingredients and blend with a blender/immersion blender. Let cool on the counter or in the freezer (I like to spend this time getting ready for the day ๐Ÿ’ or chasing my kids around #momlife). Once cooled, add ice!

**Optional swap: 1 tbsp coconut or MCT oil

I lost weight but I had zero energy, I was making no progress while exercising regularly and just felt tired and not myself. I was super restricted on what I could and couldnโ€™t eat. After a very brief, grueling & intense HIT workout it was time for my PED(Performance Enhancing Drug) & I confess if tested I will test 100% positive for it. Shhhhh....it was a meat casserole consisting of Ground Beef, Sausage, Bratwurst, Bacon & egg yolks. Had plenty of liquid gold in it aka Bacon Grease & Beef Lard. Mata adalah jendela jiwa.
Dan ternyata tidak hanya itu, mata ternyata juga adalah jendela kondisi kesehatan kita.
Bagaimana kondisi kesehatan kita sejak lagir hingga saat ini, akan terekam jejaknya di mata.
Beberapa bulan yg lalu saya bertemu dengan ahli pembaca mata (iridologis)
Mata saya pun di teropong... (menggunakan senter dan kamera khusus). Kondisi kesehatan saya memang baik karena tidak sering sakit, namun... Bukan berarti saya tidak punya masalah kesehatan.
Dari teropongan #iridology dan juga #sclerology, di dapati dari mata saya ada silent killer yang bisa mengancam jiwa. Yaitu kemungkinan terkena penyakit jantung koroner atau #stroke.
Waduh!! Terlihat di sclera mata kiri saya berupa urat darah (lihat gambar kedua postingan ini). Urat darah tersebut ternyata menunjukkan bahwa ada banyak penumpukan plak di pembuluh darah saya, pembuluh darah jantung maupun otak.
Yang kalau di biarkan suatu saat akan "BOOM" alias tersumbat alias saya akan terkena serangan jantung atau stroke.
Subhanallah... Astaghfirullah.. Waduh jangan sampe ya.. Takuuttt.
Apalagi saya saat itu merasa sering fatique, brain fog, loss motivation, tubuh kaku sebelah, insomnia dan sesikit #depresi.
Trus jalan keluarnya gimana??? Dari therapist saya di sarankan memakan salah satu herbal buat #penyakitjantung, yang menurut saya harganya sedikit bikin saya jantungan euy... Heheheh alias harganya rada mahal dinilai dari kocek saya.
Lalu?? .....
... Ya tetap saya ikhtiar.
Jelas saya tidak mau diam saja.
Saya melakukan therapy #kopienema rutin setiap hari dan #polamakan #keto khusus dan puasa, yg lebih sesuai dengan kondisi saya.

Saya membatasi asupan lemak tidak baik. Dan hanya mengkonsumsi lemak baik saja.
Saya juga berupaya untuk lebih banyak bergerak walaupun kdg masih malas.
Saya berupaya untuk mendapat sinar matahari lebih banyak.
Saya berupaya tidur lebih baik walau masih suka kesulitan untuk tidur.
So far.. Saya setelah beberapa bulan melakukan kopi enema rutin dan hal hal di atas, Alhamdulillah... Terasa ada bedanya. Keluhan kesemutan , pegal dan nyeri setengah badan mulai berkurang, keluhan #fatique juga berkurang serta merasa lebih bugar dan sabar.
