My favorite muscle group to lift is definitely shoulders. Fun fact, I️ actually don’t enjoy training glutes and hate abs even more.
But typically the thing you don’t want to work (or thing you don’t want to do) is typically the thing you need most. In fitness, it’s not always about doing what you want most, or enjoy doing, or feeding immediate satisfactions (pun intended). I’m guilty of wanting to give into what I “want” or “don’t want” just as much as the next person. It’s hard for everyone. No one is more special or has more opportunities than you do.
