Let's talk about Mental Health!
Taking 2 days off honestly felt like a lifetime; with all the crap that was still in me from Sunday, it got to my head a little bit. ~
We all need to develop a higher sense of humility when approaching Fitness, that being said we also must learn to perceive failures/challenges as an opportunity to grow! ~
Their isn't enough chatter in the "Fitness Industry" about mental health and the tyrant battle with that tiny voice in the back of your head saying "You Can't Do It"
Knowing that you have to eat clean and workout isn't enough, even actually performing physical exertion and choosing healthier meals daily IS NOT ENOUGH! Absolutely not of it matters if your not mentally capable to endure the Journey, most people seem to think "just push through it" and you'll get the results.
Now this is a simple "quick fix" that will not apply to long term results!
I mean seriously think about it, your just supposed to "force yourself" to do it ? now try and think about doing that for 10 f%*king years; doesn't sound like a "quick fix" Now does it?
If your eating clean, working out and seeing your results yet your miserable as f%*k; are you really improving or are you simply decaying?
Your mental health should not be put at risk for the sake of anything, especially your appearance.
