All the fatty goodness, fall off the bone meat, oh man I was in heaven eating this.
Sometimes I’m embarrassed by how much I can eat because I actually ate more lamb after this... and part of me didn’t want to admit that... I’m not sure why I would find shame in that 🤔 Anyway, I wasn’t stuffed, I wasn’t bloated, I felt awesome.
Some days I eat a lot, some days I don’t. Im finding it very easy to listen to my natural hunger cues and eat when I’m hungry and not eat when I’m not hungry - you think this would be simple but our modern food environment really just works against human biology.
I can certainly be full off my normal keto diet but I find sometimes I can keep eating, or I always have room for a keto treat. So far with carnivore, I’m noticing that my full off meat is very different, where I literally can’t take another bite BUT I don’t feel disgustingly full and my stomach is never distended. It’s a different type of full, a type of full I could get used to 🙃
Also, @papaearthbox spoiled me with this amazing, high quality meat, and I kid you not this is the best lamb I’ve ever had.
