➡All ppl in bodybuilding💪 have at least one body part that we struggle to grow/improve😧 And so we put all our effort into this "weakness" which prevents us from seeing👀 that we actually have the rest of our body too and it's pretty good!😍😧
➡I realised that the same happens outside the gym. Everybody has an area in life that doesn't go too well😔 It can be career, money, connections (family, friends), etc. and even though we need to work hard to improve it, what we also tend to do is characterizing ouselves by this one thing.
"I'm poor, I can't go out with friends, nobody will want to be around me,.." and then the rest of our life is brought down by this one something.📉
🌌Pride yourself on those things that are going well and simply do what needs to be done in those areas where you are a bit behind without putting too much importance on them.🌌
