I keep getting discouraged..... not at the scale but at myself for binging. The weekends are the toughest and im still trying to figure out how to make this a permanent way of eating for life... so tonight im reminding myself that since I started I’ve lost a consistent thirteen pounds (even days I’ve cheated) and that’s something to be proud of. I made a list of all my “whys” for doing this lifestyle change and im ready to tackle on the week! 1st goal: don’t cheat this week- even though I’m traveling... I can do it!

When will I receive my meal plan and invite to the support group?
You will receive your meal plan and invitation for the group on February 25th which is 1 WEEK before the challenge starts on the 1st (Look for a Facebook Group invite on the 25th of February). This gives you time to meal prep and grocery shop before the challenge starts on March 1st!!
Do I need to buy supplements/shakes/workouts from you?Nope! I don’t sell any of those things! Almost all the items on your grocery list will be able to be found at a local supermarket. A handful of items will need to be bought on Amazon. This diet works because you track your macros and eat good food! No need for any extra products to “get you into ketosis”.
