Today I tried Pilates @total_pilates_studio. I haven’t done Pilates in years! It was so so much fun to mix up my routine and use a different kind of mind body awareness than the yoga I practice everyday. I’m going to make a effort to try something new every so often. The body is so complex and there is no one type of movement that can bring ultimate fitness. You need a combination of flexibility, mobility. cardiovascular, endurance, stamina, strength, and mind body awareness to stay fit, active and healthy. So don’t be afraid to try new things, and combine exercises to get a variety of movement in 😊. . What’s your favorite way to exercise? .
