I JUST discovered these. @gooddeesmix makes a mix that you can enjoy, especially for low carb and lazy keto people like me! I haven’t made them yet, but it’s on my list of things to do today! I plan on mixing a huckleberries in with the muffin mix, because what else do Montanans do? 😂 I will keep everyone posted on this deliciousness! I’m most excited for the brownies. These are all between 1-2g carbs per servings! Great snack and treat! Check them out! I bought their mixes on amazon.com.

Keto Dinner tonight to help me thru tonight’s graveyard shift. Reading while im enjoying this meal at the same time. Chicken cuts under a bed of spinach topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, colby cheese, and feta cheese and a hefty serving of siracha. Mopped the floor of this in a nanosecond, meal two for the day 😛

90 Second Keto Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

1 tsp butter
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon Powder
Sliced Almonds (Optional)
10 Drops OOOFlavors Sucralose
15 Drops OOOFlavors Cinnamon Roll Flavor Concentrate

Glaze (optional)

2 Tbsp powdered Swerve
2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Melt butter in microwave mug and swirl to coat mug.
Combine flour, baking powder, egg, salt, cinnamon, OOOFlavors Sucralose, OOOFlavors Cinnamon Roll, and sliced almonds. Stir until smooth. Microwave for about 90 second.
Mix Swerve and heavy whipping cream together and drizzle onto cake. Enjoy -----------------------

Some of you may not know that I just had invasive oral surgery. What was suppose to be something easy was NOT.
I had to have an Apexectamy due to a root canal that did not take. 10 stitches later and a very swollen mouth because they had to cut my apex muscle I can only eat soft foods.
Perfect timing to try and make @lowcarbdelights arroz com leche. I was a little skeptical at first but I had cauliflower that I had to make or it was going to go bad. Well guys I have been eating it ever since and can’t stop!!! This is definitely a MUST TRY!! Even my kids loved it! But this Momma said no! It’s for me! I can barley move my mouth and this smooth mixture is soo perfect and yummy!!! This will be a staple in this house for sure!!! Thank you again @lowcarbdelights for sharing! 🙌😘 I topped it with @landolakesktchn Heavy Whipping Cream and cinnamon.
Mine looks a little more crazies because I cooked the cauliflower more and added some almond milk to my bowl.

Tastes just like a meat lovers pizza 🍕
8 pieces of deli ham (I use smoked or black forest)
1/2 jar of marinara sauce (lower carb version)
1 lb ground beef browned
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated not the canned version)
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon oregano
pepperoni (for topping)
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown ground beef then add sugar-free marinara sauce and seasoning. Cook on med/high for about 5 minutes.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. (I use a 12x8 pan).
Cover bottom of dish with 4 pieces of ham. It's okay if they overlap.
Add 1/2 of the ground beef/marinara mixture on top of the ham.
Next, sprinkle half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Layer again with ham, ground beef/marinara mixture, and cheeses then top with pepperoni.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Move pan to the top rack and broil 1-3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned on top.

The body is so complex and there is no one type of movement that can bring ultimate fitness. You need a combination of flexibility, mobility. cardiovascular, endurance, stamina, strength, and mind body awareness to stay fit, active and healthy. So don’t be afraid to try new things, and combine exercises to get a variety of movement in 😊. . What’s your favorite way to exercise? .
