Сегодня подробнее расскажем об упражнении вакуум, которое прославил Арнольд. Ведь секрет его  узкой талии именно в этом упражнении🤔⠀

✔️Для чего он вообще нужен?⠀
1. Не перекачивая мышцы живота и без вреда спине можно добиться тонкой талии⠀
2. Исчезнут складки внизу живота (самая проблемная зона)⠀
3. Выровняется осанка⠀
4. Исчезнет висцеральный жир (жир, который накапливается вокруг внутренних органов)⠀

✔️Существует 4 положения выполнения вакуума (мы их по возрастанию сложности размещаем):⠀
1. Лежа на спине⠀
2. На четвереньках⠀
3. Сидя на стуле⠀
4. Стоя на твердой поверхности⠀

✔️Как делать? Давайте разберемся! Вакуум делаем с утра, натощак!⠀
1.Выдыхаем весь воздух из себя⠀
2. Втягиваем живот как можно ближе к спине⠀
3. Задерживаем на на некоторое время (для начинающих15 сек достаточно). Если вы держите ваккум больше минуты в положении лежа – можно переходить на более продвинутый уровень – на четвереньках, сидя или стоя!⠀

✔️Вакуум противопоказан:⠀
1. Если есть язва желудка⠀
2. Заболевания легких⠀
3. Послеоперационный период⠀
4. Заболевания ССС, гипертония⠀
5. Наличие грыжи в животе⠀
6. Лучше не делать в период месячных⠀
7. Беременным тоже нельзя, конечно же⠀

My mentor @yoheiarakaki has been educating me lately on the importance of grip strength, when using a Kettle Bell. We talked on its importance in shoulder stability, but also, it activating the midline, and lastly creating proper posture. Try it out if your posture isn’t the best when using a barbell. 💪🏾👍🏾

💥The Rear Foot Elevated Kettlebell Swap is a very effective way to improve single leg stability and hip mobility.

✅Not only are you getting isometric loading of the hips and legs, but also a nice little loaded hip flexor stretch in the rear leg.

🤩These can be done as a stand-alone exercise, but we like them most done immediately before traditional rear foot elevated split squats. Perform the desired number of swaps, then go immediately into the prescribed reps.

Halo en posición de estocada 🔄
Un combo para activar core y piernas, y hasta cintura escapular .
De esta manera manera se mantiene la posición de estocada en isometria, mientras se recorre alrededor de la cabeza con la kettlebell, generando desequilibrios que se deberían absorber mediante la correcta activacion del core, evitando compensaciones del tronco.

Thank goodness I have someone like @blair_rocksolid to keep me motivated and challenged! Having a trainer changed my whole outlook on movement. I used to think I could do it all on my own-until I hurt myself. Now I am getting stronger, working through struggles as I wrestle with some little mental demons, but overall proud and healthier than I have ever been in my life.
