Decided to stay home last weekend in lieu of going to San Diego. Been feeling a little sick lately, so I wanted to make the best choice for my body. Luckily, not getting on a plane let me rest up, and I got two great days of training in!
Here's a little eliminate at BoulderHouse from a little while ago. Not matching the hold under the volume either leads to a massive bump, or a sick, yet slightly easier throwing cross. Always gotta find the hardest ways to do those training boulders 🤣.
