Today's #BoyeTuesdayTip is a simple yet essential technique for knitting a perfect edge. This technique, also called a Double Selvage, is worked on the first two and last two stitches of each row. Let's give it a try!
1.) Row 1 (Right side of work): Slip (sl) 1 with yarn in back (wyib), knit 1 (k1); work in any given stitch pattern to last 2 sts; sl 1 wyib, purl (p) 1.
2.) Row 2 (WS): Sl 1 wyib, p1; work in any given stitch pattern to last 2 sts; sl 1 wyif, p1.
3.) Repeat Rows 1-2 for a double selvage edge.
