It's easy to zero in on everything you hate about your body, but what would it look like to flip the script and focus on what you love? To thank your body for holding you up all these years, and being your battle buddy; to love and tend to yourself in a positive, nurturing way.

Society, family, friends, bullies, media, and mean people have all played a part in the critical narrative rolling through your mind. Their false realities on beauty and projection of insecurities have led you to believe your body isn't worthy, and that just isn't true.
No matter what size you are, you matter! Your heart matters, your smile matters, the ray of light beaming from you matters.
I challenge you to flip the script and speak kindly to yourself. Reframe the negative narrative you have about your body to something kind, loving, and positive. It may feel like a lie at first but do it anyway.
The more you focus on positive thoughts, the stronger that circuitry in your brain will become. In no time, you will begin to fall in love with yourself again.
