Let's talk modifications for a minute. The word modification has definitely gotten a bad rap. Most people associate having to modify an exercise as making it easier or less effective, when the complete opposite is true.
As someone coming off of two shoulder/bicep surgeries this year, I have learned that modifying exercises related to these areas, actually gives me a better and more effective workout, allowing me to strengthen, as I'm continuing to heal.
One of my favorite things about our classes is that we can tailor the exercises to each individual, based on their fitness level, injuries, or physical limitations.
