Getting focus in be the best version of me! How I do this?
First work in my weakness like bread! yes I need carbs so I do; rice cakes, oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa and fruits instead! In terms of diet! I just drink water!!! And yes ... wine too!! But only when I deserve it! Second my exercise routine! Don’t workout less than 45 minutes! You need time to warm up your body too and time for your cardio! (Essential). Third! Motivation! Make sure that you motivated your self with goals, visualization of all that you want with your heart, and the most important thing! Just feel it very inside of yourself! With all the love! share your passion with others and help others in what you can help them. Don’t let laying down anyone. Don’t be next to toxic people, and open the door to all the light, Health, love, and all the possibilities of happiness for you!
