This post is powerful... what I did was save this, read it everyday for a week first thing in the morning and after a few days I realized that it’s so right.
We get depressed thinking about what we had before, what we lost, where we came from, or why others have it easier than us.
We get anxious thinking about what could happen today or tomorrow, what may happen if I do this certain thing, or what happens if I try and it doesn’t work, will I feel worse. Anxiety is the fear of the unknown.
Then the feeling of peace of happiness happens when we can live In the moment. This doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does, it’s a feeling we all want so bad. My hope is that just for today, you think about this and leave what happened in the past, just for today, the worry about what could happen tomorrow, let go just for this day, and try and find peace and happiness knowing you have this moment right now to be alive, have the possibility that you can be happy just for this very moment. That would be my hope for you!
