As a professional I try to keep this page as positive as possible but this is a negative issue that need to be addressed 🙃‼️Small business owners are extremely busy already, we should not have to consume time out of our day to fight for our money after we have delivered a service, training or product. Some of these consumers fail to read and want us to pay for their misunderstandings which is not fair and will not be tolerated. Effective immediately clients, students and consumers will be consenting to their purchases prior to receiving anything from @iheartlashstudio. The headache 🤕 of it all is knowing that the person is being dishonest and having all information and proof to submit on your behalf but still having to wait for your money to be returned. Some of you should be ashamed especially if you’re smiling in a photo for training that you tried to steal or using products that you did receive!
