THE CONSULTATION PROCESS.
• From experience I feel I need to change this process. I have always let you, the client, ask the questions and lead the consultation with any queries you have and do my job by answering the concerns and questions you have before having your extensions fitted, that’s if you choose to have them done. This then goes on to having a colour match and then deciding an appointment time which is best suited for you.
I have decided now to make the consultation the most IMPORTANT part of the process on your hair extension journey. I will now be booking half an hour slots or however long it needs to be to get in depth and to get you to fully understand the process. This is no longer a colour match but a lesson to understand how important MAINTENANCE and AFTERCARE is for as long as your extensions are in. I will be discussing the DO’s and DONT’s and the consequences you will have if they are not looked after correctly.
