I don’t normally post these pictures and laugh every time I am taking these pics. But I am really focusing on my new workout and the nutrition accountability group that I am doing to get a little leaner. I always take pictures to measure my progress and have been happy with my current progress after 11 days of my workout. I love to go back to some of my old progress pics and see how far I have come. Maybe one of these days I will post one but some of them are kind of scary.

Low Carb Day 💪
Having this Chocolatey Oatbran even though a small portion was so yummy! Defo having a bigger portion of it for my higher carb days 👅👌
MACROS (for this meal) -
Cals - 397
P - 33g
F - 8g
C - 44g

This is the higher carb meal for the day, my other meals today will be around 30g carbs. Having 200 cals less on rest days to just see what it does to my body.

Quick experience at a Resturaunt, it might feel embarrassing to some but you can customise a meal if you don’t see anything that matches your requirements.
I have noticed there is flexibility without hitting the bank, obviously eating out is expensive regardless as you are essentially delegating cooking and saving time. Food prep is by far the best way to optimise quality and consistency. Give it a go and the chef could even surprise you by adding his twist of herbs on top 😉
ask yourself before entering what you need (objective) and to set some boundaries for yourself before getting in. Focus on food for that being a source of fuel for the body and soul with 3 simple steps. Hopefully they don’t mind me posting this or changing up the menu 😆. I used to work in hospitality and I hated too much confusion. Make it simple

Step 1: Choose your Premium fuels first that’s according to your health & fitness goals. From basics Macros simple/complex carbs, Protein sources, fats available and review the menu to dissect it.

Step 2: Seek menu for reference on nutritional food groups that hit your marks you lack (see Australian dietary guidelines for basics) calculate how much portion control you’d prefer refer to prices.

Step 3: If you don’t see anything you like as a whole this why then you simply & politely ask a member of staff to help choose reasonable side selections to mash up from the menu. They generally are able to compromise with you, otherwise you need to find better places so you don’t go for junk food outlets.

E.g I asked for a bowl of mixed boiled veggies, potatoes and protein source being Fish/salmon for that omega fatty 3oils.

It’s that simple!! You have the authority, take accountability for your actions no one else will look after you.
Perception game changer: Make the mouth the Gateway/filter of your temple, don’t feed it disease.
- Raw lean healthy foods = lean health body!! Not forgetting to also Exercise regularly.

When life pulls you in all directions between work, family, and finals (pulling all-nighters cramming to reverse all the chillin' & partyin' last minute), and #eid is just around the corner, it may seem impossible to continue eating right, hitting the #gym, and staying on top of your optimal #wellness.

On days like this, I almost never #cook. Yup! I eat I eat out almost everyday and still able to keep my #gainz . That's right!

As busy guys, sometimes it just isn't possible for us to prepare all of our #meals at home especially on "one of those days." So don't let anyone tell you that you can't get results or maintain your #leanerbody because you're always eating out or you don't have the time to cook, etc.

And on busy days like this, one of my go-to places is #Chipotle, the finest cuisine when it comes to balancing your #macros, in my opinion. It's a great, quick spot that actually has #high-quality #ingredients and hits the spot everytime.
This is a typical bowl order for me:
#White-Rice - 4oz. of Pure complex #carbohydrate
#Chicken - 8oz. high-quality protein source
#Steak - 4oz. high-quality protein source with healthy fats
#Fajitas - 2.5oz. #Micronutrient dense and no pesticides
#Lettuce - 1oz. Rich in #vitamins A & C
• Fresh #Salsa - Rich in #Vitamin C & full of Flavor

Total #Macros: #Protein = 97g. | #Fats = 32g. | #Carbs = 55g.
Total #Calories: 880-900cal.

Ps!

And on days I have more #calories to work with, I opt-in for the #burrito for easy additional 300+ cals. & #satiety which totals up to 50% of my current daily #caloric intake

Our bodies are mainly made up of bones, organs, muscles, fats and water. A good ratio of body muscles and body fats is a prerequisite to a healthy and fit body.

If you’ve lost some weight, do take a moment to contemplate and ask yourself, “Is the weight loss due to loss of fats, muscles or just water?

Travelling is beautiful but the hardest part of it is keeping up with the workouts and resisting overeating.

We always give ourselves excuses that, “C’mon it’s a holiday! Let’s indulge, we got to enjoy life to its fullest!” Well, not when my holiday is 3 weeks long. If I drop my guard and lose my discipline, I believe my 4 months of fitness regime and #bodygoals will go down the drain 🤨

So, here’s the big but achievable plan:
✅ No carbs at all
✅ No sugar at all
✅ Control portion size
✅ 30 mins of daily YouTube workout/gym
✅ Keep myself hydrated

I know it's something that a lot of people are going for, but only a few gets to be lean.
.
Why is that? It's because when people want to be lean they immediately thinks they need to do hours of cardio and spend hours working out. What happens is that their body fights back and starts to conserve energy.
.
When the body starts to conserve energy, it will conserve fat. This is the reason why it is hard to burn fat. .
To avoid this, you need to give your body the right amount of work. Keep cardio sessions minimal to about 20 minutes, once a week. You can do 2 sessions max, but as much as possible keep it minimal.
.
For your weight sessions, do just 3 - 5 workouts but you must make it intense and keep the workouts under an hour.
.
To make your workouts intense, try doing what you normally do for hours, and compress it to 30 minutes. See how intense your workouts will be.

Do you really need Fat burners? I suggest you stick with real food. And if you need a caffeine boost, you can use coffee or tea👍👍 I wouldn't rely too much on them though. Focus on real food and your workouts and you will be great!
