The beauty of coaching it’s to see your clients’ transformation. It hasn’t been easy for her but she saw the results of her hardworking and commitment. This lovely woman had a really serious scoliosis and to do sit ups or anything else that would ask her to use her upper muscles was painful, but with my technique i slighly fix it and now she can almost stand up straight. Whoopie I decided to not have a rest day and just do Day 5 of the 30 day Blitz workout πŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ My body was up for it so I pushed myself and made sure got this mornings workout done and ticked off βœ… so that is 5 days working out this week, but done it within 4 days as done two workouts on Thursday 😝I love listening to dance music, Spanish music while I am sweating hardcore to a full body workout repeated 2 more times too, so done the 6 exercises 3 times round for 25 seconds each and my god my body is feeling it, loads more energy and I feel like I am getting stronger and better at each exercise , all done my memory too, warm up done and cool down aswell as you need to warm up and stretch the body out before and after a workout as then you won't burn out and crash downπŸ˜„ and you don't want injured either, so yeah week 2 of January has been smashed to pieces πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘ Oh and no alcohol since the 28th of DecemberπŸ‘ So let's hope next week's weigh in shows a loss, I lose weight very slowly these days, but then again it shouldn't be all about a certain number, I would love to get back to my maintained weight and I believe it can happen with more exercise and eating better meals along with having treats in moderation, as that is the key to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle and I have learnt all of this myself throughout my whole entire health and fitness journey, with the help, advice and support from my Instagram friends 😘 My promise to myself for 2018 was to worry less about my weight, get back on the fitness wagon and just move the body more, love my body no matter what and eat healthier and continue that everyday , to improve my fitness levels as they were non existent throughout 2017 , I have my mo jo back again, I am using myself as my own motivation and got my summer holiday to motivate me even more πŸ™Œ πŸŒ΄πŸŒ…πŸŒ‹πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘™ I am doing this for myself, my health and happiness , to be happy, healthy and fit for the rest of my life 😘 #WorkoutDone #Day5 #BlitzWorkout #Health #Fitness #Exercise #BodyMagic #SmashedIt #BodyGoals #SummerBody #LeanerBody #StrongerBody #HealthyBody #ListenToTheBody #MyJourney #MyJournal #MyLife #LiveLife #LoveLife #EnjoyLife #Yolo✌️

Hate! Hate! Hate! How jiggly my arms have become, there not necessarily big but they are very jiggly so I'll be teaming up this arm workout with my bum challenge to see of I can get perfect toned arms ready for April (my friends wedding) and Vegas in may! I am going to try get back to my maintained weight at 10 stone 6 , I managed to stay at that weight until last summer πŸ˜„ But then again I am on iron tablets and anti sickness tablets so that could be the reason why I am weighing a lil bit more, but then again I am back to exercising more than I ever was years ago, especially 2017 as I didn't have the energy, so yeah it must be muscle that I am gaining , as all my clothes fit nice and snug not too loose and not tight, so yeah whatever to the scales, going to put them away now as I have found out I am alot happier, more positive when the scales are out of reach and hid away, I may bring them out next Friday again , I will do whatever I want too πŸ‘Š So yeah I ain't going over this number , I need to stop stressing over the scales and sizes, just go by how I feel, exercise more, eat less treats when I give into temptation, I can do this shit, I will get back down to my maintained weight and hopefully discover my happy weight someday xo 😍😘more self love and respect is needed for 2018 and I clearly didn't give enough to myself last year, my health has been on my mind since last year, so the more I stress and worry that will obviously result in the scales going in the wrong direction, so yeah no more, Jade just think of the palm trees 😍🌴Lanzarote sunshine πŸŒ… ,eat loads of salads, look forward to wearing new summer clothes and sunbathing everyday , oh yeah baby, I will get to my healthy weight before the summer, that's a promise to myself and this time I will do it the right way, less worrying and stressing and just live my life, make memories, whatever happens happens 😝 just move more and eat less crappy food, sounds to simple , I done it before, this isn't my biggest BMI either, so yeah using this as a guideline, I will get down to 10 stone 6 and see how I feel then, and see where my fitness levels are at , I know they have improved massively since last year, so yeah 2018 will be a better year for my health and my fitness and my well being 😘 Everyday is a blessing πŸ™ xo #Health #Love #Happiness #Fitness #BodyMagic #HealthyLifestyle #BMI #LeanerBody #StrongerBody #SummerBody #Vegetarian #ListenToYourBody #Yolo✌️

Whoopie πŸ™Œ Happy freaking days that's Day 2 and Day 3 blitz workout done and smashed to pieces πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ @charlottegshore @myfitnesstrainer Yesterday my body was crying for a rest so decided to push myself and do both days this morning haha what was I thinking, my total body felt Tuesday's workout , so I had to listen to my body, but omg it felt awesome and I am getting better at each exercise the more times I do it, at the beginning I was like following exercises from a book with pictures and instructions to help you,wasn't sure, Hmmm but now I can do it by memory and I don't need to flick through the pages to each exercise like the first day hahaπŸ˜„Omg my body is going to really feel it tomorrow, it's my day off today and I am off tomorrow too, so a good healthy food shop will be done and will do all the housework tomorrow and abit of hoovering later on if I can still move by then πŸ™ˆ Finally my energy levels are coming back again, so I'm a happy girl πŸ‘Proud of myself, For now I am enjoying these blitz workouts and cannot believe I managed to do two days worth today , I must have been mad , so tomorrow might just have to be another rest day , I will soon find out how my body feels after today's hardcore total body workout done 4 times, Day 1, 2 and 3 is all done twice πŸ‘ Obviously I done the warm up first and then done the stretch cool down and man I needed it ,The dancer is still in me, I'm very good picking up choreography so learning new exercise moves isn't tricky πŸ‘ŒI love to stretch the body so I done an extra cool down of my own freestyle yoga stretches that I have learnt over the years of performing on stage, musicals and plays and now when I try my best to keep active and be the healthiest, fittest and happiest I can be xo 😘 Imagine how I will feel in the summer time, everyday is a new day, just keep going and do your best, ditch the pesky scales , nearly brought them out but nope not going to do it, as they get obsessive and I am more than a number 😝 #WorkoutDone #Day2 #Day3 #BlitzWorkouts #ChangeThingsUp #FitnessRegime #ListenToYourBody #DoYourBest #LeanerBody #StrongerBody #Health #Fitness #BodyMagic #HealthyLifestyle #Vegetarian #Yolo✌️
