Incase you didn’t know, cardio is not my jam. I’d rather lift all the heavy things 🤪
So when I pushed play on this leg workout & the only equipment needed was a mat I was all 🤦🏼♀️
4 moves. .
☝️Soccer runs. 60 secs.
✌️Bear hops. 45 secs.
🤟Sumo squat hops. 30 secs.
And then, plyo lunges. 15 secs.
Repeat for 3, yep 3 😮, rounds.
And THEN, the burnout...
👉All 4 moves, 30 secs each, back to back, no stopping in between. For. 2. Rounds. 👊🏻
It was a mental challenge for sure! And I love me a good challenge 🙌
