Plus, most people sure wouldn’t mind a nice looking butt! Here are 4 signs that your glutes need more work!

If you are ❌unable to perform 10 single leg bridges, it’s a sign that your glutes are weak. Be sure to test both sides, as one side could be weak than the other. Make sure you’re bridging all the way up so that your quads and chest are in a straight line with one another.
❌If you notice your hamstrings cramping up during this exercise, your glutes are weak and relying on the hamstrings to do the majority of the work.

If you ❌struggle to maintain proper balance when working through lunges, or any other standing lower body movement, it’s because your glutes are weak. All balance stems from the glutes. If they’re weak, they cannot maintain proper control. Grab some dumbbells and work through some walking lunges. If you notice you’re falling off balance, or your hips are dropping to one side, your glutes are weak!

Take a look at your posture in the mirror. Do you notice your hips tilting forward❓That’s a sure sign that you need to strengthen those glutes. This will help to pull those hips back into proper alignment.

Lastly, if you don’t know what it feels like to have sore glutes, it’s probably because you are not working them effectively!! ❌Squats and deadlifts won’t do the trick! Those are 1-dimensional movements. Your glutes are 3-dimensional. ✅Glutes need direct training and a lot of it!! TAG A FRIEND who needs to step up their glute training!

Spent the evening prepping meals for the rest of the week (and whipping up banana bread to share with my colleagues). Prep was so simple - I chopped up a few sweet potatoes plus a whole head of broccoli and roasted them with garlic and paprika. Then I cooked up some frozen vegan meatballs in a separate tray and portioned them out 🤗🤗 can’t say my banana bread was as successful - I tried using honey instead of sugar and it made everything really really dense and I’m kinda disappointed with it but I might give it another go this weekend and actually stick to the recipe 🙃

Because I havenʼt posted a clear before and after of the progress just on my loose skin
have a few creases on my body due to the clothing I wore earlier today being super tight. Abs are definitely starting to come through on the top but as most of my ab separation damage is under my lower stomach this is taking a little longer. Iʼm still so happy with how much itʼs changed already and how stunning is the colour of this gym set ✅💖
