This workout was an Isometric focus... which means BURN BABY BURN 🔥For each exercise you’re going to do 10 reps and end with a 10 second hold, 3 times through with no rest (10 reps, 10 second hold, 10 more reps, 10 second hold, 10 more reps, 10 second hold, break). After the 3rd set, you take a rest, and move onto the next exercise round! Got it?! For you mommas out there that need a modification for some of the exercises, I added the modifications for ya 😍🤰 . • Sumo Squats, Hold .

• Lunge Leg Lift, Hold .
• Side Step Up, Hold .
• Single Arm Row, Hold .
