Sometimes it's really hard to reach for a healthy snack when you have unhealthy options right there at your disposal, but this crystallized ginger snack only has two ingredients (ginger and raw cane sugar) and will give you the quick pick-me-up that you need!

✨✨Heute, zum ersten Advent, möchte ich ein traditionelles Rezept mit euch teilen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte es zu Weihnachten nie fehlen :) Lebkuchen <3✨✨ Für dieses Rezept habe ich als Zuckeralternative den Birkenzucker gewählt.
Er hat 40% weniger Kalorien als herkömmlicher Zucker und wird insulinunabhängig vom Körper verarbeitet, das heißt dass er keinen Einfluß auf den Insulinspiegel hat und somit auch für Diabetiker geeignet wäre.
Birkenzucker ist antikariogen, das heißt Zahnkarieshemmend oder kariesverhütend. Darum ist ein Kaugummi mit Xylit gleich doppelt wirksam 😉

In großen Mengen kann er jedoch abführend wirken und Blähungen verursachen.
Deswegen kann natürlich auch Kokosblütenzucker oder Vollrohrzucker anstatt Birkenzucker verwendet werden.
Ein Backspaß für Klein & Groß und dieser Lebkuchen bleibt sogar von Anfang an weich :) ✨ Lebkuchen always soft✨
Zutaten für ca. 3 Backbleche:
500 g Roggenmehl fein | 120 g Butter/Alsan | 120 g Birkenzucker | 250 g Honig | 2 Eier (eines davon zum bestreichen) | 25 g Walnüsse gerieben | 25g Mandeln gerieben | 20 g Orangeat od. 1 unbehandelte abgeriebene Orangenschale | 1 TL Zimt | 3-4 TL Lebkuchengewürz | 1 1/2 TL Natron | Deko nach Wahl z.B. Mandeln

So wird's gemacht:
1. Butter schaumig mixen, Zucker, Honig, 1Ei, Zimt, Nüsse & Orangeat daruntermischen. Zuletzt das Lebkuchengewürz und das Natron hinzugeben.
2. Das Mehl dazugeben und zu einem Teig kneten. Diesen etwas rasten lassen.
3. Währenddessen den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen.
4. Den Teig ca. 2 cm dick auswalken und verschiedene Formen ausstechen.
5. Vor dem Backen mit Ei bestreichen und nach Belieben verzieren. Hier kannst du deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen ;-)
6. In den Ofen damit & nicht länger als 7 Minuten backen!
7. Wer mag kann die Lebkuchen auch noch ein Schokoladenbad nehmen lassen.

When I have a busy day, a quick and easy meal replacement protein shake will deliver essential nutrients and leave you feeling satisfied until your next meal!
I usually add:
•1-2 serving of greens (usually kale)
•1 serving of fruit
•1 scoop of protein powder •1-2 tablespoons of quinoa grains or chia seeds for an added protein boost

Por vezes contornamos alguns alimentos saudáveis devido ao seu custo, mas a verdade é que temos de pensar no custo-benefício, ou seja, neste caso, um determinado tipo de alimentação, mais saudável e que pode, eventualmente, sair um pouco mais cara, pode no entanto evitar doenças graves que seriam caras de curar.
Lembre-se que uma alimentação saudável é sempre a escolha certa!
