Oops! I was going to share a picture of this soup but I ate it first 🤤.I roasted 4 cloves of garlic while I gathered the other ingredients. I had a bunch of roasted cauliflower, carrots and sweet potato in the fridge equalling about 3 cups, I thawed 2 cups of homemade veggie broth, simmered it all together after adding 2 cups of water, and some salt and pepper. Chucked it all in the blender. It was simple, super healthy, quick, and it used up ingredients I already had. So tomorrow is a special day. Yes I have completed another rotation around the son. 🌞

As I reflect on the last evening of me being 40 years experienced, I can’t help to be filled with emotion, awe and be thankful for this past year. It was filled with so many moments of joys, sunshine, laughter, peace, friendships, disappointments, surprises, tears, moments of awe and victories and I wouldn’t change a thing.

I can not help myself to dream of what might be ahead for the next few years.
I have learned so much this last 16 years on my journey to wellness but I also know I have a lot more to learn.
Every birthday I allow myself a new word to manifest on. This year my word is Dare!
Dare too dream bigger, to be bolder, and wiser, I dare myself to have more gratitude, patience and grace upon myself.
