I love these books. I got Eat Beautiful for Christmas last year and Healing Foods just yesterday. They are a great introduction into using food to heal yourself. EAT BEAUTIFUL focuses on face skin, mouth, hair and body skin conditions like premature ageing, eczema, greasy hair, brittle hair, cold sores and discoloured teeth to name a few. HEALING FOODS focuses on individual herbs, spices, fruit, veg, meat fish etc and what their properties are, how they can improve your health and how to use them best to make the most of them. I have been enjoying reading these and working out what I need to include more of in my diet to help heal my body.
