J+A Productions is proud to be part of the Hollywood Film Festival’s core team as it reimagines what Hollywood, the film capital of the world, is and could be.
At the 2017 Jury Class Honors Ceremony at Paramount Studios on Saturday, December 2nd, the intentions of the festival and its goals were announced. The Hollywood Film Festival’s CEO, Brad Parks, expressed the festivals commitment to empower filmmakers that produce films with great impact, innovation and inspiration. This led to the announcement of the upcoming 2018 Hollywood Global Grand Jury Competition. The Hollywood Film Festival is shifting gears and redirecting the concept of the traditional film festival to an ‘initiative’ (more than an ‘event’) that celebrates film and filmmakers year round through an ongoing global series of film screenings and events, as it seeks to find Hollywood’s next great filmmaker.
And so it is that J+A Productions is proud to play a key role in molding the festivals vision into a reality. From designing the new Hollywood Film Festival website and developing individual film pages to conducting filmmaker outreach for an upcoming interview series, J+A Productions owners/producers, Jack and Allié McGuire, have been integral in HFF’s initiatives - including the production of the Honors Ceremony presentation and the orchestration of which while working side by side with the Paramount team to project the evening’s visual elements on one of Hollywood’s most famous screens at Paramount Theatre.
Tune in as the Hollywood Film Festival’s vision is publicly unveiled and the film screenings, events, competitions and ceremonies commence on a global stage. Stay tuned for invitations and announcements from HFF, offering an opportunity to be part of the Hollywood story.
