Good morning!!! I am doing great on day 3 of this 10 day reset. Started each day off right with lots of plants and sunshine So far I've hit almost all my daily goals! Caffeine is the hardest, and I haven't been perfect, but I know I was drinking way too much and not sleeping well! I am always happy to give it a rest, reset and check in with myself.
Step by step, I am improving and that feels sublime!! Thanks for all the support out there this is one happy, healthy Ninja!! I hope to inspire someone out there today to eat something healthy!
