Only 5 weeks back doing actual #snatch and #cleanandjerk, @7smith3 lit the stage on #fire! He went 121, 125, 128kg (his second beat #meet snatch ever) and then made 151 and 156kg clean and jerks! Unfortunately, he broke a new rule that you cannot touch the bar with your foot, took away his last attempt. This was his 160kg #attempt in the back!

Water Runs Your Body!! Think about it:
Your body is 83 percent water. Your muscles are 75 percent water. Your brain, for goodness’ sake, is 74 percent water, and your bones are 22 percent water. You need water for every single metabolic process in the body. Water is necessary to digest and absorb nutrients and vitamins.
It carries away metabolic waste. It helps “flush” fat and toxins through the liver and kidneys. So doesn’t it make sense to constantly replenish that body of yours with the equivalent of the gorgeous clean mountain stream, rather than to let all that water just sit in your body and recycle like the stagnant pond? Of course it does.
Water can improve energy, increase mental and physical performance, remove toxins and waste from your body, keep your skin healthy and glowing, and may even help you lose weight.
If you’re dehydrated—and some experts think that most of us are at the very least “under hydrated”—your blood is thicker and your body has to work that much harder to cause it to circulate. As a result, your brain becomes less active, it’s harder to concentrate, and you feel fatigued. Water is one of the fluids that lubricates and cushions your joints and muscles, protecting them from shock and damage. If the body is dehydrated (lack of water), it may become more susceptible to ailments.
Also, before, during, and after exercise, drinking proper amounts of water can help reduce cramping of the muscles and early onset of fatigue.

Workout I probably shouldn't have done, due to me remembering I hadn't ate in 5 hours 15 minutes after taking pre workout while stretching. But somehow I did this short, but intense chest session. Pump was crazy even though I'm still very fat lmao.
