This is our second to last challenge of the month, girls!! Congrats to all of you who have been doing these challenges...I hope you've had as much fun as I've had doing them.
Today's challenge is to eat your daily recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. This will vary depending on various factors of weight, age, etc. But if you typically need 2000 calories per day, it's recommended that you eat 2 cups of fruit and 2.5 cups of vegetables. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
