Tjoooohooo! Idag sprang jag ute för första gången sedan min fotfraktur den 1 juli! 4,4 km i lugnt tempo, och känslan är nästan den samma som när jag sprang mina första 50m för tre och ett halvt år sedan, alltså den positiva känslan! INGET SKA STOPPA MIG! Bästa starten på denna helgen!!
It’s the weekend
Use this time to recharge and energise.
Something I’ve come to realise is that when I use my spare time productively and positively the rest of my week is productive and positive.
It’s such a simple equation yet it’s taken me a good few years to get there.
Spare time used to be crammed with things that were not benefitting me or my body. I would get to Monday after a heavy weekend and feel awful, eventually (after what felt like forever) I’d get to Wednesday & feel okish, then start counting down till the weekend again...this was a vicious circle and I began to question why my body wasn’t feeling good.
Soon I began to make time for me, I began caring for myself physically and mentally, I sorted my diet and alcohol intake, I began practicing yoga and running regularly, I started using my time for things that made me feel good...
Everyday is a chance to treat your body and mind, vibrate on that higher conciseness and shine. Enjoy everything in moderation and I promise you life becomes better.
