Not really the best parking spot.
There's a shooting range right behind my van, biathlon trail and other stuff.
But I rested here because it's holiday.
Glad nothing happened while I was here👌
Because easter is late and summer came early there's not a lot of people skiing either😅 Pop when snowy!
Nice hiking possibilities with or without skis.
There's a parking lot further down. Might have to ask if they mind me staying a few days at a time 😁
I need a few spots when visiting my hometown.
Luckily we have "allemannsretten" (public right of access) in Norway! 👉Remember to respect nature when driving your vehicle looking for a place to stay! You're allowed to park along side the road as long as you're not blocking anything or anyone in anyway😊
As long as I don't litter, use my toilet in the van if there's no public toilet (many people don't care where they do their business or who sees it afterwards💩 why?😖), leave the way I found it (or better) and not bothering anyone then hopefully no one will mind me staying here and there every now and then😁
Sometimes I drive by a beautiful spot only to see a 'no camping' sign. I know there are some complaints about people who doesn't care about how or what they leave behind😣
Don't make it harder or ruin our freedom to camp almost wherever we like.
Unless a sign says otherwise or you've asked the landlord you can stay 48 hours in one place.
Some of the rules I follow:
*Leave no trace.
*Leave it the way you found it, or better!
It sucks cleaning up after others! But mother earth loves it😘
*Don't be a piece of trash, take it with you!👆 *Between april 15th and september 15th it's not legal making fire close to forests and 'grassy' areas. Not ever allowed, use common sense. Last time raining? Is the ground moist? Make sure there is no firehazard near by and be careful.
*By law(the hardest rule🤪if off leash in "safe" areas I observe her every move and recall her often!) in general all dogs must be on leash between
april 1. and august 20. This to protect wild animals, their babies and livestock!
Some municipalities have extended or all year 'on leash' rule. Google 'båndtvang' and city🐶
