Instead of avoiding eating, and waiting till you get home to eat, it is smarter to stick to your food pattern. Just order good food.
This meal from @bluetokaicoffee is a great example of a balanced meal. There's beetroot hummus (lots of protein, healthy fats, micronutrients), sauteed rajma (protein, iron, fibre), babaganoush (eggplant dip), tossed veggies, hung curd dip, and falafel bullets. All these, individually are fantastic, and by combining them, this becomes a complete meal. It's low carb, contains a good amount of protein, fibre, healthy fats, digestion boosters, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.
This is a great example of using different ingredients to make a healthy meal. If you wish to make something like this for your dinners at home, that's very doable as well.
Make a batch of the dips and falafel bullet mix and refrigerate over the weekend. So in the morning, all you have to do is bake the falafel bullets, chop and sautee veggies! With all the prep done in advance, you will end up spending 20-25 minutes at best!
