Sushi date with the best friend and her man. Now I'm realizing that I still don't know how to figure calories for sushi!! Top is Philly II (salmon, cream cheese, avo, deep fried, sweet sauce) and bottom is Spongebob (shredded crab, deep fried, sweet sauce). Yeah, yeah, deep fried with sweet sauce is not the way to go if I'm trying to be calorie conscious, but Y'ALL. I VOLUNTARILY ATE SOMETHING WITH SALMON IN IT. THIS IS A BIG DEAL. Because I think salmon is icky. Baby steps!! Now...who knows how to track sushi calories?!?!
