I don’t identify myself as a fitness person. Lesser did I know that this was soon going to be the story of past for me. One fine day, out of the blue I think of joining a gym, only to realise that it is going to be the life changing experience for me. The workout routine took away all my anxiety about entering the gym. The people around were so supportive that it made me feel more like my own friends. The diet plan was customised to my needs and suitability. The dedication of the trainer wouldn’t let me cheat for a day. If I have to summarise my journey here, it would be unfair to not count the efforts of the fitness coach who customised the workout and diet plan as per the requirement and I proudly say that I have come far way from 37 kgs to 43 kgs.
I thought I was going to the gym for the fitness purpose or the substantial weight gain that was required. But I ended up getting more life lesson. I got more aware about my potential dedication, focus, self-achievement and discipline. It taught me how consistency is the key and there are no room for excuses.
