Yes!!! And here's the secret recipe to satisfy your cravings.
INGREDIENTS: • Millet Roti (Jowar/Bajara/Ragi) • Cashew Cheese- 1 cup cashews • For 3 cups of Tomato Sauce- 5-6 tomatoes, 1 onion, 3-4 garlic cloves, 3-4 basil leaves, 2tbsp raisins • Veggies of your choice (Corn, Olives, Bell peppers, Onions, Mushrooms ,etc)
Cashew Cheese: 1. Soak cashews for 6-8 hours. 2. After 6-8 hours, blend the soaked cashews into a smooth paste. 3. Leave the paste to ferment for 6-8 hours. 4. Once the paste gets fermented, add lemon juice, pepper and salt as per taste.
Tomato Sauce: 1. Roast tomatoes, onions and garlic 2. Add basil leaves to the mixture (optional). 3. Add raisins for sweetness & salt and seasoning to the mixture as per taste 4. Blend the mixture into a smooth mouthwatering sauce.
Healthy Delicious Pizza: 1. Make thick rotis with jowar/bajra/ragi flour. 2. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the roti. 3. Add a layer of cashew cheese on top of it. 4. Place all the lovely veggies on the spread the way you would enjoy it. 5. Roast the pizza in OTG for 10 minutes or you could also choose to indulge yourself into eating the pizza with raw veggies.
