Estos son mis resultados luego de una ronda completa de #t25workout 👀 Creo qué hay pequeños cambios... pero vamos que se puede!! Poco a poco y sin estresarme para no frustrarse (-2,2 kg 🤭)

Lo que más me enorgullece fue haber podido seguir esta ronda casi completa!! Claro entre fiestas de fin de año, el ajetreo de los viajes y la logística de donde ver y hacer las rutinas me faltaron sólo dos días 😕 pero lo importante es que seguí no más 💪🏼

Este lunes comencé la segunda ronda y espero acompañarlo de buena alimentación para mejores resultados 🥗

Coucou ☺️ vous allez bien?

Aujourd’hui c’était une bonne journée, j’ai eu mes résultats d’un devoir de maths: 16/20! 😳 alors que mes notes depuis le début de l’année chutaient (13,11,9) non pas parce que je ne travaille pas, mais parce que les maths je déteste ça et il me faut beaucoup de temps pour comprendre (et encore!). Autant dans les autres matières j’ai d’excellents résultats mais alors les maths c’était devenu un peu alarmant 😅

Bon par contre aujourd’hui ça a été compliqué avec mon rapport à mon corps, je ne me sentais pas bien du tout, je me trouvais énorme (alors que je suis juste normale, mes proches ont beau me le répéter, ça rentre pas dans ma tête, comme les maths tiens! 😂)... ce soir ça va un peu mieux.

Comme vous pouvez le voir en photo et en story j’ai un petit chaton particulièrement collant... elle est parfois infernale mais tellement chou... ça fait du bien d’étendre son ronronnement, c’est vraiment apaisant, ça m’a vraiment calmée😌

Hey All! This quote hits close to home because I haven’t been taking care of myself! I’ve been consuming so many things (caffeine, junk food, dairy) that hasn’t been good for me and as a result, caught a stomach virus that has lasted about a week! During this time, I have put so many things into perspective.

1, like my mom always say, when you know something is not good for you, stay away from it.

2, It doesn’t matter how much work you have doing; it’s not an excuse to eat quick food that isn’t good for you. Have to create the time to develop a better eating habit and regimen.

3, You are the only person that can best take care of yourself because you know your body and what it can tolerate. So, treat it well!

Finally, love yourself enough to know that you matter and strive everyday to treat your body right! 😊🙏

Apparently I’m really into breakfast lately 😂

On my plate:
-meal prep oven cooked bacon 🥓 -meal prep instapot hard boiled eggs 🥚 (see recipe below)
-gluten free fiber cracker with avo 🥑

Instapot hard boiled (semi soft) eggs:
-place eggs on rack in pot
-add 1 cup of water for every 4 eggs
-place on manual - high pressure for 5 minutes
-natural release for 5 minutes
-quick release then ice bath!
SO EASY & SO DELICIOUS!👏
The white is all the way cooked and the yolk is my favorite texture 😻

I have surprised myself lately! I am kind & gentle with myself—this hasn’t always been the case.
-
I distinctly remember in college, no longer playing sports or practicing for hours every single day, feeling so uncomfortable in my skin! Fitness came easy all my life UNTIL COLLEGE. I thought to myself “I’m getting older and I’m gaining weight” because isn’t that how it happens? “I’m a busy adult doing adult things and I go to the gym but the weight just keeps coming!” Daily visits to Chick Fil A, Chipotle, and Starbucks didn’t help 😆 -
Then I got desperate because those jeans just kept getting tighter. I lived off of diet pills, coffee, and my go-to snack was an apple because I so badly wanted to be skinny. Then I got skinny and I still didn’t like who I was. It was the hardest time in my life—my lowest low. I knew who I wanted to be on the inside but I didn’t know how to get there. So I went back and forth in ALL THINGS in my life. I sure was the life of the party but I was so unhappy on the inside.

It hurts my heart to think how miserable I was. I am grateful for that girl who was strong enough to grow, strong enough to start over, and strong enough to forgive herself—because of her, I am who I am today ✨

This is one of the many reasons I am so passionate about taking care of ourselves from the inside out!! When you feel good on the inside, everything changes! I know God is aware of our circumstances and He wants us to be happy but we have to make a choice to allow ourselves to be happy 💕

My body is very different now than it was 10 years ago and has plenty of: cellulite, stretch marks, and loose skin. AND I LOVE IT MORE THAN EVER. -
Be kind to yourself. Love yourself. Take care of yourself. 💕
