It's so important to listen to your body and mind and do what feels right for you today. 👂
Every morning I'll ask myself what type of exercise I want to do. Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, pilates, barre, boxing, circuit training, weight lifting, HIIT body workouts... 🙄
Then, I go do whatever I think my body is ready to do. Sometimes, I'll go heavy weight lifting 🏋️♀️, even if I'm sore, just because I feel more energy on that day! Or other times, I'll do light Vinyasa or Yin yoga for days because I feel my body needs something more soothing. 😊👌 Try this out and DM me if this flexible strategy worked out for you!
