Who says breakfast needs to be boring? Or another bowl of cereal, sugary croissant or slice of toast. I’m a massive fan of starting the day with the best food possible to support health as well as skin. the gut / skin connection is so close, I see it daily with my clients. Which is why I love adding in as many greens with proteins first thing in the morning. Not conventional I know, but travel the world and see what many other cultures eat for breakfast, from cheese & ham to pickles & miso soup. Step outside of your food comfort zone which is something I love about @ameliafreer way of nutritional thinking. She knows her stuff and more veg, especially greens is the way to go.
Thank you for this tasty breakfast inspo @ameliafreer
If you don’t have time to make a breakfast like this in the morning, perhaps cook some vegetables the night before when making dinner and have ready to go in the morning with a hard boiled egg or some smoked salmon? Or instead of the croissant, sugary yoghurts or breakfast granolas on offer in fast food places, opt for a salad bowl and add a boiled egg. If savoury really doesn’t cut it for you then good old full fat, plain yoghurt with a little fruit would be my next best option. ☀️#SkinFood #insideoutbeauty #nutrizionista #breakfastclub #eatwell #AbigailJames #ameliafreer #LoveYourSkin #breakfastoftheday
