I feel like a zombie. I don’t feel like Jaime anymore. I just feel this existence that doesn’t seem real. I’m watching myself walk from appointment to appointment, I’m listening to my hoarse, broken voice as I try to handle things on the phone, I look in the mirror to a pale, bags for days, broken, emotionally exhausted shell of what I used to be. All I want is peace for my father, security for my mother and love and strength for myself to do everything I can. Clarify to not forget anything. Motivation to do the things I need to do. Some days I feel frozen in fear. Frozen in this powerless feeling that eats away at you. I wake up in the middle of the night remembering something I have to do to help dad and usually it does nothing. I hope someday he knows how much we tried. The love he was shown, the friends and family he’s made an impact on Enoch. The hearts that break each time they see him or I have to explain the bad news. They think he had an 8th stroke. He won’t eat. He’s frustrated. He’s lonely even with everyone there. He can barely talk but he said he wanted mom and i to feel better. He could of had anything, he could of thought of his own predicament but his wish last night was for others to feel better. If that doesn’t show his truth... nothing will. I lean on the verse: trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6. .

So proud of Jack falcus and the huge steps we have made inside the gym. Being able to change his mindset towards training and nutrition was my biggest satisfaction. Actually enjoying being at the gym is SO important and it should never become a chore

In my semi private training groups you don’t only just get the accountability and structure but you train alongside like- minded individuals which creates such a good motivating atmosphere. Jack couldn’t have gave me any more possitive feedback on how he loved the morning group sessions. Once in that positive environment he soon reaped the benefits and made physical changes that he failed so many times before 😁💪

The difference between these two photos are just different class! Just in time for his holiday, he can now go away with a new level of confidence knowing how far he has came.

Well deserved time off and we have already made plans for his next stage in training for when he is back 👍

How much do I like Carnivore?? Can you tell by the smile on my Face! Never thought this would happen but I’m wondering if I should ever stop this WOE... honestly it’s pretty Awesome to be so content with your Meal & it’s only Protein & Fat! I do add the occasional dab of Fermented Veggie ( almost no carbs) when I think of it..... I like that tang/tart taste. Of course this is a “Blended Keto/Carni household since my Hubby never fails to remind me that he’s NOT Carnivore.... no problem, I can easily shop & prepare our kitchen for both Lifestyles. My hair line is filling in, it was getting a lil sparse, & when I part my hair I can tell it’s getting thicker. I haven’t had a case of Dandruff since I started this experiment 6/5.... before Keto I always had to buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo. After Keto, I occasionally brought it, now with Carnivore...NO signs at all!! My Nails are growing like crazy... I have to trim every couple of weeks & they’re strong! My Skin is doing great.... NO bloating... I have plenty of Energy for my work day... Having Consultation with Keto Knowledgeable Doctor soon. Carnivore may or may not be for you, but if you’re curious, research it. I think it’s a great Elimination Diet too. My focus is lowering risk of Diabetes & all it’s complications. 34 yrs ago I was told I was borderline Gestational Diabetic while pregnant with my last child. If not for starting Low Carb in 2009, I’m sure I would be Diabetic today. Before 2009 I was eating Low Fat w/ lots of Grains & very lil Meat, lil to no Fat, lots of Fruit & Vegetables, High Fiber Cereals & Breads. I always used Vegetable Fats & Margarine. Exercised a lot but struggled with controlling my weight... it didn’t add up at the time.... but today I understand what I was doing wrong. Low Fat, Heart Healthy Grains doesn’t agree with MY body. So far NO Diabetes!! Ingredientes

3 gemas;

140 g de chocolate ao leite diet derretido;

1/2 colher de café de essência de baunilha;

3 folhas de gelatina picadas;

20 g de adoçante culinário;

3 claras em neve.

Modo de preparo

Deixe a gelatina picada de molho por 20 minutos em 4 colheres de sopa de água fria. Depois misture bem até dissolver. Bata as gemas na batedeira até obter um creme.

Acrescente o chocolate quente e bata por mais 1 minuto. Junte a essência e bata por mais 30 segundos. Adicione a gelatina dissolvida e hidratada e bata por mais 2 minutos.

Coloque as claras em neve e adoçante e misture. Despeje em taças ou potinhos e leve para gelar até ficar mais consistente. Sirva!
