I’m so grateful for the people that stuck with me or joined me this year. Since last summer I’ve totally changed my lifestyle (diet + fitness) because of my health. A year ago, my goals for this page were to showcase the best foodie finds but life happened. My auto immune symptoms are triggered by certain foods (Endo belly, not a baby) and I was eating a ton of stuff that I found out I was allergic too. Not intolerant, ALLERGIC
It might sound funny, but food is my love. It’s what my family bonds over. It’s what I call my Dad to talk about. Food determines where we go on vacation. There were a lot of days that I was really really depressed when I found out how much I had to change my way of eating. It was like telling a dancer they can’t dance, or an artist they can’t paint It meant breaking up with my favorite restaurants.
John 14:27- Do not fear. When you become comfortable with the uncomfortable you GROW. So, I started recreating all of my family’s recipes in ways that promote longevity and overall health.
