Two weeks ago i was in a rut, sleeping in, not watching my nutrition, binge watching Netflix. I felt crummy & i knew it. Here’s the thing. I didn’t want to WAIT to feel better again, so i STARTED.
Is it hard waking up at 5AM to workout? Yup.
Is it hard waking up feeling uncomfortable in your clothes? Yup.
