I look forward to the days I grab lunch at my favorite vegan cafe in town. It’s become my regular spot. The food is out of this world, the staff is so kind and the atmosphere is calming. It’s my alone time to reflect, I disconnect when I’m there and let my creative part of my brain flow. It’s so relaxing. .
I usually order the same meal everytime, because it’s that good. Avocado toast and greens with sesame ginger dressing. Omg. Delish! I cozy up in the corner table and enjoy the peace and quiet of an uninterrupted meal. .

The guests invited me to join them for lunch out as it's our chef's shopping day. I got to enjoy this beautifully crafted 'chocolate sphere' dessert with ganache and ginger ice cream, from chef Julien's kitchen, at Hostellerie de Corbières.
Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return Little guy stopping for a breather in Seychelles. The birds are so colorful and beautiful here.
