Yesss, I had a great workout today. Had two heavy weeks, so I took my rest to recover, but today I carefully made it happen again 💪🏼😜 infused yoga, with bodyweighttraining and therapeutic excercises for my neck, to activate my body again and balance it all out.
It's a never ending battle against my body, so I can better be patient and be gentle with it. No rushing into heavy weights and stuff. Let my body discover itself again and re-learn to activate and control every muscle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
