CARDIO under 30min!!
Ladies, make your cardio fun and challenging and feel like a BEAST at the same time
I used to be a sprinter so I don't mind a bit of cardio here and there, ITS FUN! I feel like cardio is a very mental thing, you have to focus and push yourself or its easy to bitch out.
Jog for 2min to warm up legs! Then it's time to incline the treadmill all the way up! I keep the speed between 2.2-2.5 kph.
•30 walking lunges
•20 crab walks (each side)
•20 kick backs
•20 squat jumps
Walk for 30 seconds
REPEAT as many times until you hit 20min!
Now if you're feeling like a BEAST, swipe right.
This will test your power and stamina.
15-20sec 100% effort x 4-10 rounds, 40 sec rest after each round.
The treadmill is OFF and I've put the incline back down to 0. You need to drive with your legs and push through on your toes to move the treadmill belt.
No lie, you're going to feel out of breath so breathing is especially important in this workout.
Concentrate on slowing down your breathing during the rest period, what I do is inhale through nose and exhale through mouth. Make sure you remain upright so your lungs can fully expand.
Inhale for 2sec, hold for 1sec, exhale for 3sec.
I did 5 rounds of deadmills.
