When your personal training client goes " Oh it was a good one today!!! Not our best but still damn good". 754 CALORIES BURNED doing a back and shoulder routine in 1 hour!!! Had a max heart rate of 179!!! No cardio just pure lifting and creative super sets in order to keep the heart rate up and body working to its Max. This measurement was done directly after his last set so that only means throughout the workout he burned 754 calories. That's not calculating at all the amount of extra calories he is going to be burning in his post workout for the next 2 hours at least!! I mean COME ON LETS GET IT!!!
