Physique wise my posing wasn’t the best but still have some midsection control. Starting to half look like I lift 😂
Adherence has been good with a bit planned flexibility here and there whilst relationship with food has been epic. In terms of training been a fairly solid week with training volumes increased. Recovery wise sleep hasn’t been great need to solidify a pre bed routine. Need to be more consistent with health/pre bed supplements too. With my weight barely moving cals are going to be increased again through 5g fat and 10g carbs per day. New macros TD- 600C 65F 250P NTD 250C 250P 105F

I was up super early this morning because we were finally finding out what projects we each were going to be doing this year and I got my first choice 😍😍 so I’m over the moon 🌓😃 So my brekkie this morning was a super delicious sweet potato 🍠 with scrambled eggs 🥚🍳, mushrooms 🍄 and avocado 🥑 🙌🏼 This great start to the day is packed with fibre, vitamins A, C and E and plenty of long lasting carbs & good fats to get you through the day ✅
