Hell Yes !! Only my Second Quad Workout since recovery & happy to be back in full training. Felt great under that, not so massive load, stability was there & happy with the execution. This was my drop set keeping the Intensity throughout & got to say it felt good
Didn't break any World records, no timely screams at camera number 1 or throwing weight around like a helium balloon in a gail. Just keeping things under control & smart.
I'm not 25 anymore, I'm not 240 pounds anymore & I'm not competing anymore. But I have the same competitive drive & still use & Coach the Principles I learnt over 35 years ago in our Protocols.
There is so much going on within the Industry these days & so many are convinced that the Wheel has been reinvented over & over. But that is just NOT True !! The only difference being that these days everything has a name LISS, HIIT, BACKLOADING, DROP SETS, HIGH PROTEIN, CALORIC DEFICIT the list is endless !! We were using all these and more way back when, believe me & others. It's Not SIMPLE & it certainly is NOT easy, be clear in what you want, seek help if needed & enjoy what you do, FIND WHAT FITS !! Thank you to all my phenomenal clients / friends for allowing me to "Piggy Back" your Workouts & break me in !!! More to come
