Momente, die uns Sportler immer wieder motivieren, raus zu gehen und aktiv zu sein und es geht darum, diese Momente zu genießen, auch wenn es manchmal schmerzt! 😅 Denn: Sport macht Dich lebendiger. Und für dieses Gefühl stehen wir mit THE TASTE OF SPORT. In 1,5 Wochen stehen für mich 102 Kilometer mit 5500 Höhenmetern an. 🙊 Das war sehr sehr viel Training aber ich fühle mich bereit, zumindest soweit man sich überhaupt für solch einen LAUF bereit sein kann. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ihr wisst ja, der ⛰️ ist erst Dein Freund wenn Du wieder unten bist...und die 5500HM wollen auch im Downhill bewältigt werden. 😬Daher ist mein Taste Of Sport gerade die Regeneration 🤗Heißt; gemäßigter Umfang, proteinreiches Essen und mentaler Fokus! ¿Y si es imposible ponerse a hacer los ejercicios sin que inmediatamente un peque decida que quiere teta? 😆 Pues en estas posturas, es posible.
.
En esta postura presto atención:
.
- a flexionar los codos y hacer fuerza contra la pared
.
- a no flexionar la cadera y alinear tronco y muslo
.
- a que los hombros no suban a las orejas
.
Cuando ya estoy colocada, hago la respiración (¿visteis a Elsa en el vídeo?) y... ¡¡¡foto!!!

- Asegúrate de que tu perfil de Instagram es público

- Si un día no puedes hacerlo, al día siguiente subes dos fotos, la de ese día y el anterior, no pasa nada.

- El reto durará 4 semanas, de lunes a viernes. Terminamos el viernes 27 de julio

Today's 16 miler was all about silencing the enemy within...I'm at that point in training where I'm second guessing myself. Am I strong enough? Have I trained as hard as I could? Will I be ready for 26.2? I know I can do it, but I have to shut down the negative mentality, which I'm blaming on the taper crazies. Overall, this 16 miler was 4 minutes faster than my first of the training cycle and my last mile I kicked it up a notch, which helps me overcome some of these worries. ✌🏼more weeks until I'm toeing the line for marathon number 4, which means two more weeks of keeping this enemy within silent as I stay positive toward reaching my goal! Big thanks to my "Coach" for riding along beside me! 👊🏼💪🏼🤞🏼❤️🏃🏼‍♀️☀️ @mind.over.matter.athlete

Running was always about loosing weight before. Nothing else. That's why I started it and for a long time that's why I continued it but now it's something different, it's keeping me alive. This week it's week, so it only seems right I give thanks to the thing in my life keeping my depression at bay. Anti depressants never worked for me and my doctor was shocking. She didn't know how to deal with my issues so just handed me pills and showed me the door. Running as a feeling in a way is hard to describe but that feeling after your run is even more intense. That sense of accomplishment. I believe nothing will ever replace that feeling for me 🙂

heißt sie, die neue Kampagne vom @powerbar_europe 💪🏻 und das ist wortwörtlich gemeint 🙏🏼 Denn dabei geht es persönliche, sportliche Momente, die jeder Sportler 🏋🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️🤾🏼‍♂️🧘🏼‍♂️🤺🏌🏽‍♂️⛹🏼‍♀️ kennt! 🙇🏼‍♀️
Momente, die uns Sportler immer wieder motivieren, raus zu gehen und aktiv zu sein und es geht darum, diese Momente zu genießen, auch wenn es manchmal schmerzt! 😅 Denn: Sport macht Dich lebendiger. Und für dieses Gefühl stehen wir mit THE TASTE OF SPORT. In 1,5 Wochen stehen für mich 102 Kilometer mit 5500 Höhenmetern an. 🙊 Das war sehr sehr viel Training aber ich fühle mich bereit, zumindest soweit man sich überhaupt für solch einen LAUF bereit sein kann. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ihr wisst ja, der ⛰️ ist erst Dein Freund wenn Du wieder unten bist...und die 5500HM wollen auch im Downhill bewältigt werden. 😬Daher ist mein Taste Of Sport gerade die Regeneration 🤗Heißt; gemäßigter Umfang, proteinreiches Essen und mentaler Fokus! En postura presto atención:
.
- A apoyar solo el talón en el suelo.
.
- A flexionar las rodillas unos 90°
.
- A no arquear la espalda ni dejar que se hunda.
.

Cuando ya estoy colocada, hago la respiración (¿visteis a Elsa en el vídeo?) y... ¡¡¡foto!!!

- Los brazos están en tensión como si aguantas un peso con las manos. .
- Para una correcta postura y para no sentir que tus omóplatos se clavan en el suelo, tira de los codos hacia los lados.
