Make ahead meal. Ingredients: - chicken drumsticks - Yellow squash - Zucchini - Onions - Garlic - Sweet peppers - Cilantro - Seasonings as pictured or your choice - 1/2 c of cooking wine - Olive oil to taste - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: - rub chicken with olive oil then add your seasonings. - Chop or slice your vegetables to your liking, add olive oil and salt to taste. - Arrange your chicken in a casserole dish and place veggies on top. - Bake at 350 F for 1.30 hours. With aluminum foil covering your meal. - Uncover and broil till crispy to your liking.
