Hey #makeupjunkies I want to vent to you guys this morning because you guys know how much I raved about @makeuprevolution products but I want to tell you guys my experience I had this time around. I did not say anything because I was waiting for solve the issue with the #makeuprevolution customer service BUT I'm super frustrated at the lack of CARE for their shipping! A couple of weeks ago I purchased directly from the makeup revolution website (meaning from the U.K.) when I received my package, it came in a bag. I thought that was a little strange because the package like I said was coming from the UK to CALIFORNIA. I purchased $64.71 from their website and the packaged it in a bag? Okay? When I got my items 2 of the items were broken. The I heart make up peach and glow was so broken I had to throw it away because there was no way I could keep it. The bronze and glow (picture above was also broken) when I talked to customer service they told me they were going to send me a replacement, which I did not want. When I asked for store credit NOT EVEN MY MONEY BACK they told me they could not because the replacement had been shipped but yet I got no tracking number? This is sad @makeuprevolution because I have praised your brand, and yet you send my package from over seas in a bag? Not even a box? Not even a PADDED BAG! I understand you guys have affordable items but that does not mean you can ship peoples items like that.
