Let’s talk habits. We allllll have them, so if we’re going to have them, why not make them good habits .
Some people use unhealthy habits as a excuse as to why they can’t do something, I’m s smoker so I can’t exercise, I binge eat so I’ll never be thin, etc. BUT when you do that you identify with the habit in a way that you’re saying you ARE your habit. NO! Stop right there. .
You have the power of choice, and so you choose what you do and don’t do. Once you realize you are choosing to suffer or continue with your bad habit, you’ll realize YOU, yes you, have the power to CHOOSE not to do it
Is it easy? No. Especially if it’s a habit you’ve had for a long time. Is it worth it? YESSS!
