Join me for a fun, jam packed day of boosting your performance through your body and mind at Strength Discovery this Saturday Dec 15th.
The day is broken down into 3 parts:
10am-Noon: Performance Nutrition
Dave Memont will be teaching us the fundamentals of nutrition geared toward strength athletes and macro counting in order to reach your specific goals (fat loss, strength gaining, etc.). [Register via link in his bio @strengthdiscovery]
Noon-2pm Open Gym (Free)
Dave will open his gym for free (no day pass payment required) to anyone attending either/both sessions to get your training in. His gym is fully decked out with equipment for any powerlifting, strongman, or general strength need.
2-3pm Performance Meditation
I will be teaching my signature 60 minutes class that leads you through various forms of meditation that can be used in training & competition as well is in general life.
